The high self-sharpening ability for continuously high abrasion rates while producing the smoothest, scratch-free surface possible. During the lapping process, the applied pressure causes grains to break away from the particle. Fracturing exposes new, sharp cutting edges.
The high particle strength and high toughness of polycrystalline diamond powder allow for significantly higher material removal rates.

Similar Polycrystalline Diamond Powder
Similar polycrystalline diamond powder is formed by the surface corrosion treatment.
The same advantages as blasting polycrystalline: high self-sharpening ability, high material removal rate, narrow particle size distribution, low scratch count, and excellent surface polishing results.
Compared with blasting polycrystalline diamond powder, the similar polycrystalline diamond powder can save nearly two-thirds of the cost, which is very economical.
