PDC bits uses PDC as main cutting components, with the excellent wear-ability and impact toughness of the PDC. It has a long useful life, high-efficiency, and good cost performance.
Polycrystalline diamond compact PDC cutter is mainly made of diamond powder and cobalt metal powder . Our connect feature is mesh, it is very strong , not easy to take off. Working life is much longer than others.
The PDC cutter features good thermal conductivity. Its highest bearing temperature can reach 700° C.
The PDC cutter has high abrasive resistance. High quality materials are sintered to form the diamond layer which is of rigid framework structure. The PDC features compact structure and good abrasive resistance.
The PDC cutter features good impact resistance. The PDC uses tungsten carbide material which has good impact resistance and the diamond layer can guarantee the toughness of the impact resistance.
The PDC cutter has strong binding force. The junction plane of the diamond layer and the tungsten carbide layer uses a corrugated tooth design. The binding force can be increased and the bad impact of the plane residual stress on the PDC performance can be avoided.
The PDC cutter has good self sharpening performance. The good organization microstructure of the diamond makes the diamond particle remain sharp all times.

When using , drilling requires high impact resistance ,when finished a lot PDC , we will choose 5% sample for testing in impact resistance
Temperature resistant testing
When drilling , long time drilling will make its temperature higher , so PDC has to have an ability to face high temperature drilling .
In order to guarantee our working life , we will choose some sample for testing in working life . Our testing way is drilling granite , granite hardness is higher than other geological .

PCD work layer & tungsten carbide part is used mesh connect method to make it stronger .
